Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily (Podium Exp.)
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with a passion for multifamily construction and experience with Podium-style projects. Our ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, construction services environment, and be motivated by the opportunity to contribute to high-profile construction projects in Denver.

Our client is a local general contractor with an established reputation in the construction services industry. They have a strong, dedicated team of professionals working across the Front Range, known for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions in construction.
Description
- Assist in the planning and implementation of construction projects.
- Manage project documentation and deliverables.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Assist in the procurement process for project resources.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Monitor project risks and issues, and provide solutions where necessary.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the company.
