Shell Project Manager
A leading shell contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the structural shell scope of high-rise apartment construction in Aventura, Florida.

Our client is a reputable and well-established shell contractor specializing in high-rise residential structures throughout South Florida. Known for their ability to deliver complex concrete and structural projects on time and within budget, the firm prides itself on safety, speed, and precision, working with top-tier developers and general contractors across the region.
Description
Manage all aspects of shell construction on high-rise apartment projects, including foundations, vertical structure, decks, and core systems
Coordinate closely with field superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and general contractors to ensure project milestones are met
Oversee budgets, procurement, and schedule management from groundbreaking through shell completion
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and engineering specifications
Lead progress meetings, provide timely reporting, and mitigate potential delays or construction risks
Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper sequencing of construction activities
Profile
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience with a shell contractor
Proven experience managing the shell scope of high-rise concrete apartment buildings, ideally 15+ stories
Strong technical knowledge of concrete construction, formwork systems, post-tensioning, and structural sequencing
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, site logistics plans, and schedules
Skilled communicator and problem-solver, with a proactive and collaborative approach
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but equivalent field experience will be considered
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the range of $110,000-$130,000, based on experience
Performance-based bonus structure
