C++ Developer (Quant/Murex)
We are seeking a Senior, hands-on C++ Developer with expertise in Quant Development, Murex, and Java to join our client's team in NYC. This role is hybrid and requires 3-days in office each week.

Description
- Build C++ libraries that connect Quant pricing models with the Murex FLEX API, supporting equities and derivatives while enabling future integration with Java and Python components.
- Collaborate closely with developers, strats, and quants in an agile environment using scrum and Jira to deliver robust integration features.
- Design reliable, high‑performance system components that shield the execution platform from external pricing model failures and provide monitoring capabilities for pricing libraries.
- Partner with the CICD team to develop DevOps pipelines, including containerization and supporting tools that streamline deployment and maintenance of pricing integrations.

Profile
- Expert C++ engineer with strong experience designing real time, distributed, scalable services across Linux environments, including data serialization, IPC, RPCs, and enterprise‑grade REST APIs with authentication.
- Background in financial‑services systems, including computational distributed architectures, Java Messaging Services, and integration work across Python, C++, and enterprise service wrappers.
- Skilled in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Sonar, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus hands‑on experience with dependency management and deployment workflows.
- Comfortable working in scrum with Jira and Confluence, bringing excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with quantitative, trading, and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of enterprise operations including monitoring, state management, and MS SQL Server, with bonus experience in Murex FLEX and electronic trading or pricing environments.
