Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh will be responsible for:
- Manage full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction through closeout

Profile
Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh should have:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of construction-related project management experience with a general contractor.
- A proven track record of running commercial projects, $15M to $50M+.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
- Must have Procore experience
- Ability to organize, think ahead, plan and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
