I'm partnered with a multi-million dollar materials management company that provides recycling and sustainability solutions to the industrial, demolition, and public sectors. Their services include metal processing, mill support, and large-scale asset decommissioning.
As they continue to grow, the company is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team near Hobart, IN. Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will partner with site leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, lead ROI and M&A analysis, build KPI dashboards, and deliver financial insights that support strategic growth and performance.

Description
FP&A Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with site managers across multiple locations
- Oversee cost, budget, and forecast processes
- Lead ROI analysis for projects/investments
- Drive financial support for sites and growth initiatives
- Handle M&A cost modeling (evaluate acquisition opportunities)
- Build/maintain KPI dashboards
- Own the full budgeting process
- Analyze financial performance
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in industrial or technical services industry preferred, but not required
- Exposure to international operations a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
