We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Lead Superintendent with a strong background in managing large-scale multifamily and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with substantial hands-on experience overseeing multifamily construction projects or smaller commercial/retail projects. You'll be joining a growing team to oversee key projects in locations like Attleboro, Jamaica Plain, Worcester, and Somerville.

Lead Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Up to $60M - Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily and commercial construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and quality-driven project delivery.

• Lead a team of field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate all aspects of the construction process, from initial mobilization through project completion, focusing on efficiency and safety.

• Utilize Procore for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

• Ensure all projects are compliant with safety standards, local codes, and regulations.

• Work closely with project managers and other key stakeholders to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

• Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Manage resources, including labor and materials, to optimize project productivity.

Profile

Lead Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Up to $60M - Will have

• Experience: 8-12 years in construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role on multifamily or commercial projects up to $60M.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Procore; familiarity with other software like P6, BIM/VDC is a plus.

• Project Background: Experience managing multifamily projects or smaller commercial/retail projects in the Worcester to Boston area.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams, managing multiple projects at once, and resolving challenges effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: Must be based in or willing to commute anywhere from Worcester to Boston.
