Description
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks proactively.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
