Office Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of their office. This role is central to maintaining a productive and positive work environment, supporting both leadership and staff, and managing administrative processes across departments.

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, mail, and facilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and building management
- Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Support HR and finance with onboarding, payroll coordination, and expense tracking
- Maintain office policies and procedures and suggest improvements as needed
- Ensure office compliance with health, safety, and data privacy protocols
- Plan and coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and company communications
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office software/tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment preferred
