Collateral Corporate Analyst

The Corporate Analyst position is part of the collateral management team. Responsibilities may vary depending on where within the Operations department they sit, but can include inspecting system-generated collateral calls, communicating with counterparties, posting system entries, investigating disputes, and settling month-end collateral margin interest.

Description

• Review system-generated collateral calls for accuracy before initiating margin calls.
• Directly communicate with counterparties to ensure the correct exchange of collateral.
• Record system entries in internal and industry platforms to acknowledge and process agreed-upon calls.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate disputes and discrepancies as needed.
• Reconcile and settle month-end collateral margin interest with counterparties.
• Conduct reconciliations between custodians and counterparties.
• Generate daily and periodic reports, data, and metrics for monitoring and compliance.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills
• Both written and verbal communication skills
