Senior Project Manager- Commercial Construction

An industry-leading commercial general contractor in Miami, FL, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $30M and above. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from preconstruction to closeout.

Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects valued at $30M+.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Oversee subcontractor management, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation projects of at least $30M.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling (Procore, Primavera, or similar), and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
