Description

• Oversee daily site operations for ground-up and renovation healthcare construction projects
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain schedules and budgets
• Lead quality control inspections and manage on-site problem-solving
• Foster strong client relationships and uphold company standards of excellence

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in healthcare construction
• Proven track record managing complex hospital, medical, or laboratory projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage field teams effectively
• Knowledge of AHCA regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare facility compliance
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret project plans, and troubleshoot construction challenges
