Description
- Oversee daily site operations for ground-up and renovation healthcare construction projects
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain schedules and budgets
- Lead quality control inspections and manage on-site problem-solving
- Foster strong client relationships and uphold company standards of excellence
Profile
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in healthcare construction
- Proven track record managing complex hospital, medical, or laboratory projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage field teams effectively
- Knowledge of AHCA regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare facility compliance
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret project plans, and troubleshoot construction challenges
