We are seeking a skilled Interior Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects in Miami, Florida. Description

• Supervise and coordinate interior construction activities, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
• Address on-site issues and implement effective solutions to maintain momentum and mitigate project delays.
• Manage materials delivery and inventory for all phases of the interior construction process.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, and designers throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or similar residential construction projects.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing interior build-outs, finishes, and MEP coordination.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with proven experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Leadership Ability: Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring on-site teams while fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Qualifications: OSHA 30 certification preferred, along with proficiency in construction management software and tools.
