Interior Superintendent- Multifamily Construction
We are seeking a skilled Interior Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects in Miami, Florida. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading general contractor renowned for high-quality residential developments and providing a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in multifamily construction projects across South Florida. With decades of experience, they have built a reputation for delivering high-end developments on time and within budget while fostering strong relationships with developers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Description
- Supervise and coordinate interior construction activities, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
- Address on-site issues and implement effective solutions to maintain momentum and mitigate project delays.
- Manage materials delivery and inventory for all phases of the interior construction process.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, and designers throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or similar residential construction projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing interior build-outs, finishes, and MEP coordination.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with proven experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Leadership Ability: Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring on-site teams while fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Qualifications: OSHA 30 certification preferred, along with proficiency in construction management software and tools.
