Description

• Manage licensing, permitting, and project close-out documentation.
• Administer and track subcontracts, lien waivers, and subcontractor warranties.
• Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Process AIA contracts and AIA billing to support financial project management.
• Maintain organized records and perform data entry for budgets and billings.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to streamline administrative processes.

Profile

• Experience in construction administration or project coordination within the commercial retail fit-out sector.
• Proficiency in handling permitting, licensing, and compliance documentation.
• Strong knowledge of AIA contracts, billings, and construction finance processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
