Multi-Family Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience with Multi-Family Projects that are low, mid, or high-rise construction to join our team. This role involves managing complex projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence while traveling up to 25% of the time to project sites.

Description
- Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience with low, mid, or high-rise building projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
