Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial and industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
