Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction)
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing complex, multi-story commercial and multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Description
- Lead planning and execution of high-rise construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently upheld across all phases.
- Contribute to strategic project planning and business development efforts when needed.
Profile
- Experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with high-rise and post tension concrete projects.
- Proven leadership and client management abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of construction contracts and schedules.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $135,000 - $165,000
- Bonus: Lucrative project-based performance bonuses
