Description

• Lead planning and execution of high-rise construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently upheld across all phases.
• Contribute to strategic project planning and business development efforts when needed.

Profile

• Experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with high-rise and post tension concrete projects.
• Proven leadership and client management abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of construction contracts and schedules.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $135,000 - $165,000
