COMMERCIAL Construction Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team, and oversee all work on site. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling and on site order and safety compliance.

A full‑service general contractor and construction manager based in West Chester, PA, serving Southeastern PA, NJ, and Delaware. The firm specializes in complex, detail‑heavy commercial and institutional projects-typically in the $3 million to $10 million range and prides itself on quality, collaborative client relationships, and delivery excellence.
Description
5-7 years of experience with a commercial contractor
Proven leadership in managing project teams and delivering successful project outcomes
Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including scheduling, contract management, labor, and equipment coordination
Proficient with standard computer applications and construction-related software
OSHA 30-Hour Certification required
Profile
Leading and managing the on-site construction team while coordinating and supervising all site activities. Attending production meetings and thoroughly reviewing the project schedule and budget to ensure strict compliance. Ensuring quality standards are consistently met, managing material orders, and overseeing equipment and supplies on site. Maintaining adherence to the project timeline to meet deadlines and monitoring on-site safety, cleanliness, and organization. Keeping detailed records of site personnel activities, including daily reports, field orders, and RFIs. Coordinating with inspection authorities to secure necessary approvals.
