Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and deliver solutions.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase.

Profile

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in the commercial/ground up industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
