Project Manager

Description

• Lead full project lifecycle: from pre-construction through closeout

• Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor performance

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and superintendents

• Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

• Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations

• Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and internal leadership

Profile

This person is a confident, solution-oriented leader with strong technical knowledge of healthcare construction. They thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are highly skilled in project planning, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving under pressure. Experience in occupied healthcare environments is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

• 3+ years of experience leading healthcare or hospital construction projects

• Proven success in delivering projects from ground-up and renovations

• Familiarity with healthcare-specific codes and compliance standards

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)

• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-functional teams

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
