Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations on concrete projects.
• Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
• Coordinate scheduling, sequencing, and logistics of concrete pours and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project management, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and material usage to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed reports on progress, challenges, and safety performance.
• Mentor and guide field personnel, fostering professional growth and team development.

Profile

• 7+ years of concrete experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
• Completed Concrete projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
• Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
