Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project budgets.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for cost efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project estimates to leadership teams.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Track and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
