Lead Superintendent - Garden Style Multifamily
The Lead Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on a large-scale, ground-up multifamily development valued up to $100M, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proven field leader who can manage complex site logistics, large subcontractor teams, and aggressive construction schedules.

They are known for delivering complex projects efficiently while maintaining a strong culture of accountability, safety, and long-term employee retention.
Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout on a $100M+ multifamily project
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule and quality benchmarks
Develop and maintain detailed short- and long-term construction schedules in collaboration with the project team
Enforce site safety programs and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company standards
Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch-list completion
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, ownership, and design teams to proactively resolve field issues
Mentor and manage Assistant Superintendents and field staff
Profile
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale developments valued up to $100M on a single project
Strong understanding of South Florida construction methods, sequencing, and local code requirements
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams and subcontractor crews
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
