Lead Superintendent - Garden Style Multifamily

The Lead Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on a large-scale, ground-up multifamily development valued up to $100M, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proven field leader who can manage complex site logistics, large subcontractor teams, and aggressive construction schedules.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout on a $100M+ multifamily project

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule and quality benchmarks

• Develop and maintain detailed short- and long-term construction schedules in collaboration with the project team

• Enforce site safety programs and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company standards

• Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch-list completion

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, ownership, and design teams to proactively resolve field issues

• Mentor and manage Assistant Superintendents and field staff

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale developments valued up to $100M on a single project

• Strong understanding of South Florida construction methods, sequencing, and local code requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams and subcontractor crews

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
