Lead Superintendent - Garden Style Multifamily
We are seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale garden-style multifamily apartment projects across Florida for a Miami-based general contractor. This role will lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Lead all on-site operations for garden-style apartment projects from ground-up through completion.
Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics plans.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Conduct daily site walks, quality control inspections, and coordination meetings.
Work closely with Project Managers to track progress, budgets, and change management.
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and successful project closeout.
Mentor and supervise Assistant Superintendents and junior field staff.
Profile
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent with garden-style multifamily construction in Florida.
Proven experience leading ground-up apartment projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, inspections, and subcontractor markets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules.
OSHA certification preferred; strong safety-first mindset required.
