Lead Superintendent - Garden Style Multifamily
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a large-scale garden style apartment project in Miami, Florida, with project values reaching up to $80M. This role will provide full field leadership, managing all site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

They specialize in large-scale residential developments, particularly garden style apartment communities, and are known for delivering complex projects for institutional developers. The company offers a stable pipeline of work and values strong, hands-on field leadership.
Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for a large garden style multifamily project from groundbreaking through final delivery.
Manage and coordinate multiple Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, and field staff.
Develop and maintain the master project schedule, sequencing, and logistics plans.
Enforce strict jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch-list completion.
Coordinate with the Project Executive, Project Manager, and ownership team to resolve field issues and maintain progress.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide accurate progress reporting.
Profile
Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on garden style apartment or large multifamily projects valued up to $80M.
Strong background delivering ground-up multifamily construction in Florida.
Demonstrated ability to manage large crews, multiple buildings, and complex site logistics.
Deep knowledge of construction means and methods for wood-frame, podium, and site infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA certification required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
