Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing high-profile construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a collaborative leader with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee large-scale construction projects, including apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and universities.
  • Manage projects with values of $20 million or more, including ground-up construction.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits and address any issues proactively.
  • Utilize software tools to maintain project documentation and reporting.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, including ground-up construction.
  • Prior experience with apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and universities.
  • Proven ability to manage projects valued at $20 million or more.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 required; PMP or CCM preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
