Description

• Assist in overseeing daily construction site activities to ensure projects stay on track.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with regulations.
• Support the Superintendent in managing project budgets and schedules.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• 2+ Years of ground up construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Experience in construction site management within the property industry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
• A proactive approach to supporting project goals and timelines.
