Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee high-end retail construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing luxury retail builds, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality craftsmanship, and a seamless client experience. You will work closely with our team, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of high-end retail construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met and exceed expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring the quality and timeliness of all construction work.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including financial updates, to clients and senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
Profile
- 5+ years of project management experience in high-end retail construction or related fields.
- Proven experience working on luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
