End User Support
We are seeking a skilled End User Support professional to join a technology team within the financial services industry in NYC. This temporary role focuses on delivering exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end users in a dynamic environment.

Description
- Provide technical support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and group policies.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology needs and initiatives.
- Document and maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Provide guidance and training to end users to enhance their technical proficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.

Profile
A successful End User Support professional should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Active Directory management.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting network issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and assisting end users.
