Description
Reporting to the VP of Land Development the Land Development Manager - Multifamily in Ontario, CA is responsible for:
- Negotiating contracts within all aspects of Land Development
- Responsible for bids, budgeting and all aspects of Land Development
- Establish and maintain all scopes of work for construction throughout all phases
- Source new relationships with subcontractors
- Monitor and report costs for subcontractors and total construction
Profile
A successful candidate for the Land Development Manager - Multifamily in Ontario, CA role is:
- 3+ years of land development experience
- 5+ years in building and construction
- Degree relevant to Building and construction
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with high volume and fast paced environments
Job Offer
