Project Manager - Stamford
This position provides the opportunity to lead all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and budgeting to closeout, while ensuring delivery that exceeds client expectations. As the central point of contact, you'll manage teams, schedules, and financials, guiding complex projects to successful completion.

Description
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
Develop and track budgets, schedules, and contracts.
Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination.
Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Lead project meetings and maintain thorough documentation.
Drive project closeout and ensure client satisfaction.
Profile
The ideal Project Manager is a strong leader with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. They are highly organized, financially savvy, and skilled at building relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. With strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, this individual ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
5-8 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
Interiors and/or ground-up experience in the Tri-State market.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proven track record of successful project delivery.
