Description

• Lead delivery of large‑scale mechanical construction projects
• Full accountability for project financial performance
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Maintain senior‑level client relationships
• Partner with preconstruction and design teams
• Drive best practices across project delivery

Profile

• Senior‑level experience with a mechanical or MEP contractor
• History of managing $20M+ mechanical scopes
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills
• Confident client‑facing presence
• Design‑assist or integrated delivery experience preferred
• No General Contractor or Owner's Rep backgrounds

Job Offer

• $140,000 - $160,000 base salary + bonus
