Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial - DC Area will have the following responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in various phases of project execution.
- Manage document control, including submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Assist in leading OAC meetings and tracking project finances.
- Develop price estimates and draft change orders.
- Utilize Procore effectively to manage project documentation and communication.
- Engage in upcoming projects, including the Congress Heights Recreation Center and Barnard Elementary School Playground Renovation.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial - DC Area will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
- Proficient in document control processes.
- Experience with Procore is mandatory; exposure to estimating is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while supporting project management.
