My client is looking for a skilled Project Manager to supervise and coordinate the construction of a new hospital in Easton, MD. This position is offered by a respected General Contractor headquartered in Baltimore, known for consistently delivering outstanding construction services across diverse industries. With a recent increase in project awards, particularly in healthcare, data centers, and commercial interiors, our client is dedicated to enlarging their capable team to uphold their reputation for excellence.
Description
- Oversee all project phases from inception to conclusion, guaranteeing timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Create and manage project schedules and financial plans.
- Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project advancement and ensure work quality.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to senior management and clients on a consistent basis.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare construction projects or strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to strict deadlines.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
