Description
The Project Manager - Growing GC with Strong Local Pipeline - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project flow
- Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during planning stages
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and consultants
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team environment
Profile
The Project Manager - Growing GC with Strong Local Pipeline - Greenvilleshould have:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale builds
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
