Description
BIM Coordinator - Mechanical Contractor - Boston MA Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Design Coordination: Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop HVAC system designs that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Code Compliance: Ensuring HVAC designs adhere to local building codes, energy efficiency standards, and industry regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals as required.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of HVAC design-related activities, including design calculations, technical specifications, and correspondence.
Profile
BIM Coordinator - Mechanical Contractor - Boston MA Qualifications:
