Our client is a Top 300 National ENR GC, and has been established for over 90 years. They are nationally recognized, and have become one of the most well known General Contractors in the Southeast. They are consistent national award winners, including fastest growing companies, top workplaces, among many others. Their market sectors include commercial, education, healthcare, aviation, multifamily, etc. with projects upwards of $50M+. They are currently seeking a Chief Estimator in their Columbia office to lead their Estimating department.

Description

The Chief Estimator - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Columbia will be:

• Responsible for handling the bid process
• Lead a complete project cost evaluation
• Develop detailed scopes of work
• Understanding of differential pricing and when to use different unit costs
• Ability to assemble and present a complete presentation
• Ability to prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies
• Participate in client meetings and actively present and review estimates
• Develop and build relationships with local subcontractor market

Profile

The Chief Estimator - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Columbia must have:

• 5+ Years of Estimating Experience for a General Contractor
• Experience as an Estimator on large Commercial projects - $5M-10M+
• A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related-field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities

Job Offer

The Chief Estimator - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Columbia will receive:
