Description

The Director of Preconstruction - Top 300 ENR GC - Charlotte will be:

• Lead, cultivate and further develop the Preconstruction Team & Division
• Writing and reviewing pre-construction technical proposals
• Manage the estimating team with regards to contract estimates & bidding
• Conceptual estimating in a negotiated environment
• Working closely with the Project Managers
• Overseeing a large team, and providing mentorship and leadership

Profile

The Director of Preconstruction - Top 300 ENR GC - Charlotte must have:

• 8-10+ Years of Estimating & Preconstruction Experience
• Prior experience as a Preconstruction manager or Senior Estimator required
• Experience as an Estimator on large scale commercial projects - 20M+ preferred
• A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related-field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities

Job Offer

The Director of Preconstruction - Top 300 ENR GC - Charlotte will receive:
