Description

• Lead daily onsite construction activities across various project sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
• Resolve field issues and maintain clear communication with project teams.
• Travel regularly to project locations, typically within the Southeast or broader U.S. region.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project sequencing.
• Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
