Senior Project Manager

Our client, a highly respected general contractor headquartered in Nashville, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale builds and lead project teams with confidence and precision.

Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
- Oversee project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Provide strategic input during preconstruction and project development phases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven success managing large-scale or complex projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
