Compensation Manager - Pittsburgh 3 days onsite - $100k-$120k
We are a fast-growing, high-performing manufacturing company that are looking for a Compensation Manager to join our collaborative HR team and help us scale thoughtfully and strategically. Reporting into the Head of HR, the Compensation Manager will play a key role in the design, execution, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs across the organization.
$100k-$120k + bonus and great benefits!
Hybrid schedule - 3 days a week on site in Pittsburgh, PA.

We are a fast-growing, high-performing manufacturing company that are looking for a Compensation Manager to join our collaborative HR team and help us scale thoughtfully and strategically. Reporting into the Head of HR, the Compensation Manager will play a key role in the design, execution, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs across the organization.

Hybrid schedule - 3 days a week on site in Pittsburgh, PA.
Description
Lead the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, bonuses, and benchmarking.
Conduct market analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Evaluate and update job descriptions, leveling, and salary structures as needed.
Advise HRBPs and managers on compensation decisions (e.g., offers, promotions, internal moves).
Partner with Finance and Leadership on compensation planning and strategy.
Oversee administration of all benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, and wellness programs.
Liaise with vendors and brokers to ensure smooth annual renewals and open enrollment processes.
Provide education and guidance to employees around benefit offerings and changes.
Monitor trends and compliance requirements, and recommend plan enhancements when appropriate.
Ensure compensation and benefits programs align with company culture and values.
Maintain and generate reports related to compensation and benefits.
Stay current on federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Profile
4+ years of experience in compensation and benefits; manufacturing or industrial environment a plus.
Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, structure, and compliance.
Comfortable analyzing data and making recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-able to collaborate across functions.
Experience with HRIS platforms and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
CCP or CEBS certification is a plus, but not required.
