Description

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior commercial construction projects. You will manage all aspects of your assigned project, including working with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The Superintendent - Interiors (Commercial Construction) will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee 1 project at a time, managing all phases of the project from start to finish
  • Coordinate and manage trades including demolition, rough carpentry, millwork, framing, GWB, tile, flooring, paint, and MEP
  • Ensure the project adheres to safety standards, quality expectations, and the project schedule
  • Work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve any issues and keep the project on track
  • Provide leadership and direction to the field team and subcontractors

Profile

The Superintendent - Interiors (Commercial Construction) will have:

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Strong familiarity with interior construction trades, including but not limited to demolition, framing, millwork, tile, flooring, and MEP systems
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee commercial construction projects independently
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with a team
  • Ability to work 40-50 hours per week, with potential for occasional night work if needed

Job Offer

The Superintendent - Interiors (Commercial Construction) will receive:

  • Salary: $100,000-$130,000 (depending on experience)
