Description

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for ground-up and interior projects across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, and commercial.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather competitive bids and ensure accurate cost projections.
• Analyze project documents and specifications to perform quantity takeoffs and pricing assessments.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project budgets.
• Maintain and update cost databases and historical project data to improve estimating processes.
• Work within tight deadlines to support project bidding and planning phases.

Profile

• Proven experience in estimating for ground-up and interior construction projects.
• Strong understanding of retail, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents.
