Description

The Project Manager's responsibilities include:

• Plan, organize, and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve optimal performance.
