Assistant Project Manager - Hospitality Projects - Las Vegas
An Assistant Project Manager assists in construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating teams, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery. They act as the central point of communication, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment between stakeholders and project goals.

Description
- Plan project scope, schedule, and budget for large‑scale renovation work
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Manage contracts, change orders, and cost control
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections
Profile
- Proven experience managing large‑scale renovation projects from planning to closeout
- Strong ability to coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and controlling project costs
- Excellent communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and field teams
- Deep understanding of building codes, permitting, and safety regulations
- Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on quality, efficiency, and problem‑solving
- Demonstrated ability to manage fast‑paced, multi‑phase construction environments
- Proficient in interpreting drawings, managing change orders, and resolving site issues
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project documentation
- Committed to maintaining a positive jobsite culture and driving projects to timely completion
