Client Details

I am working directly with one of Massachusetts' most well established and reputable residential general contractors that specializes in High end residential renovations, ground up custom homes, and brownstone renovations. They are looking for a detail oriented Senior Service Manager to aid in the delivery of high profile projects to high profile clients. They have a project pipeline that is built out over the next 3 years and are continuing to grow and complete projects for repeat clients. Their projects are primarily in Boston/immediate Boston area but also work in Rhode Island, NH and have an extensive plan for Cape Cod at this time. My client is looking for professional Project Manager/Property Manager that has extensive experience in Residential Construction. This is an exciting opportunity to join their very well established Boston Based Residential/Brownstone renovations General Contracting company. They are looking for the Service Manager to be disciplined, process oriented, technically proficient, emotionally intelligent, and a strong communicator and influencer. This candidate must be skilled and experiences at running meetings and taking meeting notes and an expert on Procore. This candidate will be expected to foster strong relationships with Clients, help estimate, Project Manage, and also aid in property management on very high profile homes throughout Metro Boston.

Profile

As a Client Service Manager Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the entire project life cycle, from initial planning and design to execution and closeout for renovations and repairs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Providing clear and effective communication to clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project.
  • Overseeing quality control and ensuring that projects meet or exceed the highest industry standards.
  • Fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Job Offer

The Client Service Manager will be receive:

-Competitive base salary up to $120K

-Travel allowance

-Bonus Potential based off of personal and company performance

-3 weeks PTO

-401K + Match
