Client Details

My client is a family owned business that has been consistently growing over almost 30 years. They specialize in a variety of markets including residential, retail, commercial, and parks & rec. They're fueled by a consistent growth plan, with multiple projects already scheduled for the remainder of the year. Projects range from $1M - $25M, bring in an average of $50M per year. Because of the anticipated growth and current workload this role will come in and not only manage projects but participate in operational responsibilities. • Managing budgets, scheduling, communicating with subcontractors
• Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture

Profile

• Experience working at a commercial GC
• Willingness to learn & step in wherever is needed
• Estimating experience is a preferred, but not required as it can be tought
