My client is a prominent real estate development and management company headquartered just outside of Downtown Boston, with large ground-up projects all throughout the Eastern seaboard. They have established themselves as a leading player in the industry, contributing significantly to the urban landscape in Boston and throughout the East Coast. They were founded in the early 1980s, since then developing a diverse portfolio from small retail fit out projects to high rise buildings. They stand as a respected developer in the area, seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager who is passionate about commercial real estate.
Description
The Successful Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leasing Support, Vacancy Planning, design coordinating
- Establishing landlord and tenant delivery obligations for the portfolio
- Working alongside Tenant Construction Managers
- Supporting pre-lease & lease negotiations - pricing/cost analysis
- Leasing and Marketing Support
- Coordinating with project architects and engineers
- Utilize necessary technologies
Profile
The Successful Project Manager candidate will have:
- 7-12 years of Project Management experience
- Multifamily or Mixed-Use project experience
- Soft Skills **great communicator, be able to interact/ communicate with clients**
- A passion for commercial real estate
- Civil Engineering background, contractor or developer
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Blue beam, Procore, P6, BIM/VDC
