Corporate TA Manager - $125k-$150k - On-Site Brooklyn
The TA Manager oversees full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate positions while also supporting key HR initiatives. In addition to talent acquisition, the position will contribute to training and development programs and assist with employee relations to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.
This role is full-time on-site in East New York, Brooklyn.

Our client is a well-established, multi-brand retail group with a strong presence across the U.S. They operate a large network of stores and a growing corporate team. This position is FULL-TIME ON-SITE in East New York. The office is accessible by public transportation and free, secured parking is provided for employees. Candidates MUST be willing to go on-site in East New York five days a week.
This position offers the chance to own full-cycle recruiting for a dynamic, multi-location retail organization, giving you visibility and impact across corporate functions. Beyond talent acquisition, you'll play a key role in shaping employee development and engagement initiatives, making it a strategic HR role with room to influence growth.
Successful candidates will have proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles in a fast-paced, multi-location organization. They will also have knowledge of training and development best practices and experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
Candidates should have recruiting experience from retail or similar industries such as hospitality, consumer goods, logistics & distribution, food & beverage, or call centers.
Description
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain talent.
- Oversee and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the talent market.
