Description

The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Oversee and coordinate all subcontractor activities in partnership with the main office.
  • Schedule, attend, and track all required inspections.
  • Interpret architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.
  • Review shop drawings and inspection reports; manage and track RFIs.
  • Complete daily reports and capture progress photos.
  • Utilize core software tools (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and manage document workflows, including PDFs.
  • Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials to resolve issues and prevent conflicts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and uphold strict safety standards.

Profile

The Senior Superintendent will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale commercial ground-up construction
  • Experience with hospitals, MOBs, or other healthcare projects valued at $25M+
  • Working knowledge of ICRA standards
  • Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle
  • Proficient in reviewing and interpreting construction documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication skills with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
  • Highly self-driven and motivated
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and handle diverse tasks to deliver projects on schedule

Job Offer

The Senior Superintendent will receive:

  • $125,000 - $150,000 base salary, based on experience
